Stampin' up

Got this set of stamps last year... I wanted it soooo bad that I'm just using it now. Yup.... it was collecting dust along with the rest of SU stamps. We are doing a Craft Garage Sale and I think my Stampin' Up stamps will be going too.

Masculine cards

Thank God for the Sweet Stop sketches... time is ticking and I have to deliver all 24 cards beforer the 14th. At least all the masculine cards are done and I think I only need 3 more Sympathy cards.

Calgals

Friday night with the Gals was a blast!! For a change... I actually did total of 5 cards!! Of course my images were colored ahead of time and it was just a matter of putting it together. Still..... that is so unusual for me. Must be the Banana bread that Nancy baked!! Did total of 8 masculine cards over the weekend and I think I've done my quota for the year.

A very quick post for you.... I have no time to blog and waited till the very last minute to do my mojo card. A bit of a busy card.... omitted 2 things from the sketch!! I played around with it and there's just no room for it.

Busy card

Here's my take on "A Gem of a Challenge" I didn't follow the sketch 100%...I omitted 2 items and even with that I still find my card busy. I used my Fancy tags 2 for the frame and for some reason... Distress Ink is my bestest friend right now.

Happy Monday

I know, I know.... there's nothing Happy about Mondays! Specially with all the snow we got over the weekend!! I have an order of 24 cards due next week.... lets just say "I'm getting there" nice and slow. I was hoping to get at least half over the weekend, but sadly... I only did total of 2! Mojo didn't want to craft... Mojo wanted to read!!!! I read two books instead.... "Cry no more" and "Mr Perfect" by Linda Howard. Such good books... if you have kid(s) "Cry no more" will definitely make you cry.

Here's one of the card... I used TheSweet Stop Sketch Challenge. I must say... I'm very happy with the result, specially with the colour combo.
