Our good friend's Mom passed away last Sunday the 5th of September. She will be missed.... specially when we do our quarterly card making here at my house. 
I used Monday Mojo sketch and Flourishes challenge "Rustic Beauty" for this card. I did a lot of distressing and I also used my favourite technique, Distress ink with Alcohol Blending Solution. I stamped the image three times and then layered the flowers to give it some 3d. I also heat embossed the flowers so I can shape them for easy layering.Thanks for bloggin' by!

She passed away on Saturday night the 4th. It was sad but it was time.
How did we turn into quarterly ... I am really missing Calgals right now! Do you think we can plan Friday, Oct 1 at my house?
