Cricuteer

My cricut is getting a good work out again. The color combo doesn't look that good from the picture, but in real life it's quite nice.

I love green!! never thought of combining it with burgandy though... I'm not a fan of burgandy/red color family.
Brass template from Michaels. I used my Sakura gel pens and spellbinders to emboss. And of course my peel-offs.

Thanks for bloggin' and have a nice day!

Miss Magnolia

Thanks Shannon! I used her stamps last Cal-Gals meeting. She is so much fun to color! I used my copic to color her...still new to copic, so I must practice some more. I also used my Cricut to cut the card.

Here is my daughter's version of Miss Magnolia. She wanted me to post it because she said the lady (Shannon) forgot to put the mouth and the nose. She was crafting with me today and wanted to color with my copic. Ah yeah..... you got it!!! the answer was NOOOO!! She said I was not a nice mommy and that we should share all the time. Just like how I tell her to share with her little sis. GEEEZ... how do you respond to that? So.. I told her (nicely of course) she can use my special prisma pencils and maybe when she's in the big school she can use my copic. Hehehe... she said "You're the best mommy!" After all that guilt trip... she forgotten about the special pencils and ended up using her crayons.

Updating my blog

Arrrgghhh... I have been trying to update the inspiring section of my blog and it is not co-operating with me. I'm trying to add all the Cal-Gals, but for some reason it's not saving. I was able to add one and I have been trying since yesterday. LOL I guess I'm only allowed to add one at a time. Guess I'll try tommorow.

Sorry no cards to share with you. TTFN!

New toys

I got them last week from Shelley's store. You think after waiting for sooooo loooong, I would be right there trying them out. Gosh!! with the girls swimming lesson at 8:30 am by noon I'm ready for a nap.

I have been using my copic though... practice!! practice!! and more practice! we'll see, some are good and some are not soooo good.

that is it for me today, thanks for bloggin' by!

Cal-gals Challange

It was so much fun meeting the Cal-gals last week. Just confirmed that I'm invited again next month... WOOO HOOOO!!

So every meeting there's a challange that you have to do and last week was chocolate chip/pretty in pink/ certainly celerey. But because we just came back from our trip, I was so busy trying to catch up with laundry/cleaning/gardening.... to cut the story short, I didn't have a card to show for the challange! And so... (afraid that I wll not be invited again) I whipped this up half an hour before the meeting. Whew.... see? I'm invited again.

Home Sweet Home

Glad to be home!! San Francisco was cold and foggy. In the morning the temp will be +12 and then mid afternoon of +19, but.... if you drive 10 minutes out of San Francisco it's hotter about mid 20's. We went to Vallejo and the temp was +40 and that was 45 minutes drive from San Fran.
See how foggy it is? You can't even see the golden gate!

The crooked street was BUSY!!! lots of tourist walking around up and down the stairs.

We didn't get to see the Alcatras.... It was booked for 14 days. We did the boat trip around it and under the Golden Gate. It was FREEEEEEEZING! and we did the boat trip in the afternoon.

Click on this one to enlarge. You think they would of get rid of the graffiti eh?

Over all the trip was good. I got a COACH (real one!) bag and Nine West shoes! Shopping wasn't that great.... very expensive!! even the outlet mall was tooooo pricey for me.
No cards to post... lots of laundry to do though... maybe in a couple of days.
Thanks for bloggin' by!

Cricuteer

Lovin' it!! My cricut is getting a good work out..
Because the cuts were so fine... It was really hard to glue them. I used duct tape instead and add some bling-bling to them.

This one I used the negative part and then added the positive part inside the frame.
My niece's Birthday on the 15th of this month. She is turning 10 and she is quite tall already for her flip (filipino) age. She loves shoes (Don't we all? I DOOOO!) so I thought the peel-offs shoes and purse will be perfect along with her fav colors.

This one is my fav! Chocolate chip and purple... Not really a fan of Chocolate chip though, but I'm finding my self reaching for that color more and more.
We are going for another family visit and I will be MIA for a while. Thanks for visiting and TTFN!

My little girls

My oldest one who is 4, loves to do stampin and coloring. They have their own set of stamps, ink pad and stamp cleaner pad. I thought by giving them their own, they will leave my stuff alone. hahaha NOT!!
I'm just so proud! she even colored Gizelle's (Enchanted) skin.

My youngest one sho is 3 can only color for few minutes. Not really her thing yet!

Thought I'd share with you the little creation by my daughter, since I don't have any thing to post. Have been playing with my cricut, and have a couple of cards on the go. Maybe later tonight or tommorow.
Take care and thanks for bloggin' by!
