LOTV #54 and SSSC #71

To use MS corner and border punch together, you have to follow the measurements that came with your punch. For this card I cut my paper to 5" X 4" 1/8. I punched all the corners first then the border punch. The 5" side will work fine, but the 4" 1/8 will be a bit tricky. When you line up your corner to the border punch, you will be left with just one flower to punch. You then line up the other corner, but you have to flip the punch so you can see that the actual punch will not ruin the previous cut.
I colored her with CM and distressed the edge with Vintage Photo distress ink pad.

TCC#5

Had a hard time doing the TCC#5. Not really good at color challenge, I must of changed my mind 10 times which card stock to use as my base card. And that was just the base card.... let just say, I have enough snow flakes for next challenge.

Here's the close up of the card. I used Clean and Simple sketch FTL 92.

Snow??

SERIOUSLY!!! How depressing is that?
Just 2 cards for you using PB stamp.
Stamped twice and colored with copic.

Lots of cutting and gluing little pieces with this one. I think I'm done with piecing for now!

Sweetest Deal!!

I love Michael's organizer cube!! They're usually on sale, but when they have the corner cube for 6 bucks in the clearance section.... I just had to buy them.
"LOL" I'm pretty sure I can find a spot for them somewhere in my craft room.

Stampavie Challenge

Another piecing technique to match my DP. The DP is by Daisy Bucket that I have been hoarding for years. I don't have much and it's very hard to find them here.
I stamped her on white Staples card stock then stamped again on the green and orange Daisy Bucket DP. I used my copic to color her skin, bow and basket of flowers. After I heat embossed the whole thing, I then realized that I should of added grass so she doesn't look like she is floating.... but too late!

Sarah Kay

Ahhhh... Tuesday!! Only 3 more days to go till the weekend and 2 more days till the CalGals. Having a long weekend is great, but it sure is hard getting back to your routine.

It's a lot of work, but I love the paper piecing technique. This time after I glued all the pieces I heat embossed the whole thing.

Here's the close up. I have another card that's similar to this one except it's green and I'll probably post that tomorrow.

Four from one and one for four (PBSC #102)

Cards for boys! At least these you can make it cutesy in a sort of masculine way.
PBSC #102. The last challenge was flowers, which I did, but didn't add anything Penny Black to it at all. This time I have the dots and PB sentiment from the Critter Party set.

Still punching...
I even pulled my very first MS punch.
Lady bug?? You can kind a see it... I think I'm gonna have to outline the bug with a glitter pen or something.

Weekend Crafting

I used to create four cards from one CS or DP long time ago and thought.... why not do that again to cut down my pile of scraps.
I wanted to do something simple and easy.... It was so hard to just leave this one alone.

No stamping... just purely punching.

Another one that's haunting me to add something.

The one with the butterflies are my faves.

Punchy Sketch

Eona #18 challenge was calling my name. I used MS border punch for the fence and flowers, then SU flower punch.

Flower Power

My craft room is organized!!! Catching up with challenges and this one is for Stampavie challenge #95, Penny Black week #101 and Sketches by Tamara challenge #120.

I used my circle cutter for the big circle then MS corner punch around it. I left a small space above the pink flowers for sentiment to be added later on.

Good Day to Craft!

NO school, NO work and it's COLD outside. I wish I could craft, but my craft room is a DISASTER right now
I'm done with the little crafter's room though!! Apparently... I have to make a sign that it's only for little crafter and no big people allowed (including me!)

They're not thinking that the lock is outside and I could easily lock them in there! LOL! They would actually love that cause the 2 buckets of candies are still there along with my high heels.

Camp now Stamp later!

Been busy with the trailer... We got it yesterday, but we started getting our stuff ready over the weekend. We pulled 3 huge bins from our storage room and it's all over the garage right now. I already picked what I wanted for the trailer and I guess I'm gonna have a garage sale this long weekend. My craft room is also a mess... The good thing about it, is that I can turn the storage room to a little craft room for the girls.

They are excited about that! They are always there and I might as well make it their little craft room.

Lazy Sunday

Yesterday I did the yard work while hubby did the vehicles. Today we're tackling the garage.... hubby went out to buy some stuff for the truck and I went in my craft room and made this!!
Very simple and easy to do. Now that I got a little bit of crafting done, it's time to clean the garage.

Thank You gift box

Made a gift box this morning for a friend, who will be at the party that my daughter is going to this afternoon. And because I waited till the very last minute... I just went through my stash and picked out 3 cards to put in the box.
I was in hurry and didn't get the 3d view, but here's the close up of the box. I used PTI paper so the box will still be square when she gets it and used my new border punch (That's right!!! my New Year's resolution is out the door) Nancy gave me the corner punch and I found the coordinating border punch (there was only one!) So, I just had to buy it.

Call me crazy!

Seriously... I think I need help!!! I have been racking my brain of a better way to store my distress ink pads along with the sponge blocks, where it's easy to grab and easy to put back. Here's how I used to store my distress ink pads.

And here's my new and improved storage shelves!!

They're not really shelves, they are copic markers containers. The base comes with 4 holes and I screwed them to the wall, but the lids are just sitting on top.

I have 5 cases and was gonna sell them when we did our garage sale, but for some reason.... I decided not to. Now I can store my ink pads and have the coordinating sponge block on top. I'm pretty happy how it turned out, but I know what you're thinking.... LOL, and I can't even blame you for thinking that.

PBSC 100

I have been using Glossy Accents a lot lately and wanted to experiment with Sakura gel pen then cover with GA. I was glad to see that you can still see the shimmer through.

LOTV #52

"Here comes summer" is the challenge over at Lily of the valley. I'm hoping summer will be here soon!!! My girls are all excited and ready to go camping, I'm not a camping kind a gal, but hubby loves the outdoor and I guess I'll just have to craft in the wilderness.

Mojo 137

Totally forgot about the Mojo challenge! I did this card while hubby was making supper and was able to upload just in the nick of time.
I usually don't put sentiment till I need the card, but not that there's a space for one. My DP is by My Mind's Eye and Bazzill Phoenix cardstock. I used MS flower punch and EK border punch.

Happy Mother's Day!

Hope you're enjoying your day!
