What A Day!

It's Faith Day for all the Catholic Schools today, so it's another day off for us. Being it's our day off, I thought it would be perfect to get our H1N1 and flu shots today. I packed food and a blanket for the girls, thinking it will only be a couple of hours..... 6 hours later!! Thank God I dressed them as if it's winter for we waited outside the mall for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

And do you know what the SAD part is? We have to do it all over again for the second part in a month (30 days) I'm hoping that, by that time, it will be available in every clinic and not just one clinic per quadrant.

If you're thinking of going... bring food and a lawn chair!

I made a card!!! I'm still in need of 2 cards for my class, but I don't think I will be using this one. It's a very messy process.

Thanks for bloggin' by!

I can't believe you waited - I wouldn't have had the patience. I saw the lines on the news. Guess I'm lucky that flu shots make me sick or I'd be in line too! LOL

Very pretty card, Merlie! Glad you waited it out and got those girls their flu shots. I'm making the boys go. They might be bigger than me, but I'm more determined:)

You are crazy! There is no way I would wait that long. I will wait until they are available everywhere. :0)

This is such a fun card and I love that sentiment stamp!
